Company Policies and Frequently Asked Questions.
As we all know, weather is unpredictable and out of our control.
In the event of a cancellation of a reservation based on bad weather, the deposit paid as part of the reservation process will be held as a "raincheck" valid for one year from the date of your original reservation.
The "raincheck" can be used for future reservations on any inflatable or equipment in our inventory.
Jumping Hearts Party Rentals will never put profit before safety, that's why we reserve the right to cancel any event if we consider that the set up will be unsafe due but not limited to a storm, high winds or rain conditions of 50% or higher during the day of your event.
If you cancel your event due to personal reasons, your deposit will be forfeited as we reserved the equipment for your event, making it unavailable to other customer, if you need to change/reschedule the date of your party, your paid deposit will be a "raincheck" valid for a year.
We start delivering our inflatables as early as 7 a.m. the day of your party or event, the time of arrival to your house can change depending on how many rentals we have that day, but we ensure that your rentals will be delivered before your party starting time. We call every customer the day before their event to confirm the information and give them an eta. For setups that occur on public property or non-residential setups, as the rental items can not be left unattended, we will work with you personally to set up a delivery and pick up time.
If there is no one home when we attempt to deliver, we will move on to the next rental and your unit will be put at the end of the route.
We do accept checks from churches and schools as long as the checks are drawn on the church or school account. Checks from personal accounts to pay these balances will not be accepted.
If you are paying your balance in cash, please have the exact balance as our driver do not carry cash.
We can not set up on any type of rocks or sand of any kind, because the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl.
